Each forum is taped in front of a studio audience for later broadcast on Milwaukee Public Television, Channel 10.1. The forums are free and open to the public. Bring your own lunch - come and take part in the discussion by asking questions of the panelists.

CARMEN AGUILAR, PhD is a water scientist at the UWM Great Lakes Water Institute. Professor Aguilar studies the effects of invasive species on the Great Lakes Ecosystem as well as other freshwater concerns.
DENNY CANEFF is the executive director of River Alliance, an organization that works to protect and restore Wisconsin’s rivers and watersheds. Mr. Caneff also worked as the Upper Midwest regional director of the American Farmland Trust.
PAUL KENT, JD is a partner at Anderson and Kent Law in Madison. Mr. Kent represents municipalities on issues such as wastewater and water supply. He also represents individuals and businesses on land use in and around shorelands, wetlands, and navigable waters.
KAREN SCHAPIRO, JD is an environmental lawyer who is the executive director of Milwaukee Riverkeeper, an organization that works on issues concerning the Milwaukee, Menomonee, and Kinnickinnic Rivers. Ms. Shapiro is the former executive director of Midwest Environmental Advocates.
