Monarch Update
The monarch
butterflies are beginning to gather near the County Grounds.
The current group of butterflies is expected to stay through the
week, with that group growing as more migrate south. Larger
groups may form next week.

Monarch Watch
Alert!
Some of you
may remember that last year we followed the monarch migration along
with "Butterfly Barb" of Wildflower Floral. Barb has been
keeping an eye on the monarch butterflies each fall as they migrate
from Canada to Mexico, passing through Wauwatosa's County Grounds,
among other places.
Barb expects
large groups of monarchs to be arriving at County Grounds in the
coming week. To see them, try stopping by the Parks Department
building at
9480 West Watertown Plank Rd.
